I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Cabana location today. I ordered a burrito that was supposed to include several ingredients, but when I received it, it only had beans and meat.
I politely asked for my order to be corrected. The employee working at the time gave me an extremely rude look and seemed irritated, but he did remake the burrito.
Less than an hour after eating the remade burrito, I began to feel very sick and ended up throwing up. I did nothing to provoke this situation I simply asked to receive the food I paid for.
Between the poor customer service and getting sick afterward, this experience was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location. If you don’t receive what you ordered, you should get your money back.

This Taco cabana opens at 5 AM. I arrived at a few minutes before 6 AM and all of the lights were off and it looked like it was closed. I went to the drive-through and a man who sounded like he probably had the flu told me that he would not be able to fill my order of Tacos by the dozen because he was the only one there.

Food always great! Service as has been lacking. Came in evening 12/12 and staff was yelling at each other. Came back 12/16 food was great but service lacking again. I really enjoy this place but the service is keeping me discouraged. To top it off management or some staff has placed cut zipties on the doors where you push and I deeply cut my hand. Please if you go check the doors. I thought it was just minor but it cut me pretty good. Be aware.

This is one of their faster locations for drive thru service despite a steady influx of consumers. I can’t comment on the interior, but the exterior is always neat/clean with friendly service. If you are going to order morning breakfast tacos by the box, I would suggest you place your order online as sometimes they can’t quickly accommodate otherwise and will let you know in advance that a 10-15 min wait is necessary so they can accommodate orders placed before yours especially since the closure of the 281/Thousand Oaks location. This is fast food Tex-Mex style people not Michelin. The quality is consistent. The carne guisada taco is always stuffed enough to turn it into two etc. They’ve been around for decades for a reason.

Beyond embarrassing staff. They had no menu’s available, their computers were broken, they only accepted cash but then didn’t have enough cash to give in change to customers. Horrible experience DO NOT go to this location.

Ordered 2 chicken quesadillas took 10 minutes to get them made it back to work and opened the boxes and it looked so unappetizing. The food was just thrown in and the chicken looked old.
