This restaurant was very dirty and the food was terrible. The cheese enchiladas were like eating cardboard. (Worst I've ever had.) For what we paid there was hardly any meat in the torta. I will not be going back. The young man that took our order was very kind and friendly. He was the only nice thing about this experience.

They are not answering the phone and they do not serve hot food. I will be in for a refund tomorrow since I’ve called everyone and got nothing back. I’ve called several times and had to call another store for the corporate line only to be told they can’t and won’t give it to me. This food is so cold that I’m afraid my family will get sick if they eat it. Please get back to me.

Just ordered a double crunch and a jr cabana bowl. The shells tasted old and stale. The prep was mediocre. The place was empty. Not recommending this location.👎👎👎

So when i got there it was around lunch and no guests were there. I had to wait 20 minutes for the margarita machine to get going. I ordered bean and cheese nachos and they had no beans done so i had to get black beans. Then the nacho cheese was ice cold. Although the young lady was very nice the food wasnt enjoyable . That's $15 was a waste and could have spent it at taco bell, 54th street or anywhere. Its unfortunate because the food quality at the med center location is way better
