We ordered two chicken bowls at the the drive thru. By the time we got to the window, they forgot and we had to order again and were directed to move forward and park in front of the restaurant. It took a while to receive the food, which was very bad; The bowl's shells smelled and tasted rancid, the chicken had a weird flavor. The food ended up in the trash. Very disappointed.

All right so I come here about once a week when the manager reads this maybe he will know who I am and next time he will get my order right not only are the tables filthy trays and napkins on them a specifically said on my order no tomatoes every single Taco has tomatoes now this is unacceptable because the person that took my order is a manager like ... Seriously

I moved here in 2004 and fell in love with Taco Cabana. Over the years as inflation has hit the quality of what was Taco Cabana has gone down drastically. Our order was over $16 for 2 bean and cheese, 2 bacon and egg, a drink and a OJ. How inflation has increased the cost, but the worst part for me was how the tacos seem to have gotten smaller. I don't know what happened to this franchise but there are plenty of local mom and pop shops that still offer a great meal, better portion, and price.

Came to pick up a DoorDash order around 9:30 pm, when I got there no one was in the store, completely empty, a couple minutes later I see 2 employees walk in from outside and they didn’t even have the order started. Idk if they were outside having sex or doing drugs or whatever. But long story short, I been the only customer here since I got here and it’s 6 minutes until 10pm and I’m still waiting on my order smh!!! Monday October 20th 2025
The girl at the counter was nice/sweet and great. Husband & I had finished a combined 4 hr VA appt down the street before running home, feed 3 dogs and go out for food. Only downside was the flavor on the flaunts. Total bland. My crispy tacos were good. The guaq has too much vinegar.
