I’ve never been a fan of the Taco Cabana chain but I decided to try it out again. I was starving and wanted to get a potato and egg taco but they said it would be a 10-15min wait. So, I just got a chicken fajita burrito. It. Was. Disgusting. There was no “fajita” in this burrito. It was mostly rice, and the rice was clumped, crusty and hard - felt like I was chewing on rocks. There was barely any chicken and what I could find looked day-old. Not sure if they just hadn’t gotten around to cooking yet and were trying to serve last nights leftovers or what, but NO BUENO! And the service was lackluster. Seemed like he would rather eat glass than serve someone at the drive-thru. I had a few bites of the burrito by the time I got across town and threw it out. Would have gone back for a refund but it was way out of the way by then… I will never go back to this, or any Taco Cabana again. They clearly don’t care about food quality or good service. If a restaurant can’t nail those two things, what’s the point? I shudder to think what the interior looked like! ??‍♂️

The Most dirty taco Cabana I’ve ever been in!! As I come in I’m not greeted at All .All the employees are on their phone’s. It’s completely empty so they do have time to clean .I didn’t expect much because it’s fast food but I at least expected something Hot. My food was cold .The Tortillas tasted horrible I literally vomited in the dirty RR they have there. The taco had like old burnt pieces of meat . The cashier was rude to me after I ordered flour tortillas instead of corn which I should’ve gotten corn because the flour tortillas were probably expired! 5 employees and not one is cleaning the sticky tables or mopping the dirty floors. One of them is actually a Manager but he is not managing anything but poor customer service and expired food!!

Food was great, staff was nice, but the restaurant and bathroom were filthy. The salsa bar was great. Floors were dirty and sticky, tea handle was sticky.

I ordered food to go online for my coworkers and I. My coworker went to pick up the food and asked if eveything was in the bag to which TC employee confirmed. He comes back and we proceeded to pass out the food and 1 of 3 entress were missing and a taco from one of the other entress. I felt bad cause he had to go back on his short break so I said I would call TC and give them a heads up. Long story short they hung up on me twice!!!! and was like we will only give you a refund not the food and I felt bad cause my coworker was hungry. End of story this location has the worst customer service and I will not return to this location. I will be going to the one off 35N and O'Conner.

Ordered curbside thru the app. Get to the restaurant and park in the curbside spot which on the sign says call 210-### for service. I do this and the lady answers and tells me I can get out of my car and come get it. Well I ordered curbside for a reason like I just had surgery and couldn't walk. I shouldn't have to explain that tho. If this is a service the place you work for provides then do your job. You don't tell a customer you can come get it! Otherwise I would have done that in the first place! I am so appalled I'm disappointed TC I will not be going to this one again.

Wow, it’s been a long time since I had Taco Cabanna. I can’t believe two plates almost $22.00 The food has gone downhill It is too overpriced. The cashier didn’t give me any napkins no silverware , The street taco plate didn’t have Charro beans had refried beans. The food was so cold. I had to throw it away. never again Taco Palenque is way better
