I order a cabana bowl every time I’m here. I ask for them to have a couple things left off. They are hardly ever right at the drive through. Today I went inside to ensure my order was correct. The cashier repeated back exactly what I wanted. I got home and neither bowls were right so I had to go back there and ended up eating an hour later than planned. Even the receipt was wrong even though we went through the order a couple times.

Love this place. Customer service is fine and they are very fast to bring out the food everytime. Only complaint is the portion sizes lately have been lacking but I feel like that’s just a side effect of inflation because i’ve been seeing a lot of restaurants decrease the portion.

This place really needs to close down, service is terrible. Employees need customer service training, no one is wearing hair nets and the food OMG GROSS!! We pay all this money for very little servings, I got chicken enchiladas with a small pinch of chicken in each enchilada… so little that they were flat! Tortillas were hard, even the enchiladas.. barely had any rice or beans. Wife got flauntas that were burnt to a crisp, we were also suppose to have bean n cheese tacos but they only had a tablespoon of beans and couple shreds of cheese.. beef fajita tacos that only had 2strips of meat in each taco. NEVER AGAIN will I waste my time and money at a taco cabana.
Nachos were stale Margaritas were not stiff enough I liked it better when I could pour my own bottle into the cup that way I knew what I was getting

I came here tonight and was very disappointed. For 1 the man who took our order had to been coked out he was sniffling every 2 seconds asked the same question at least 3 different times and was waiting at the drive through for like 15 minutes with no other cars in the drive through and no one dining in. Then he forgot to give me my drink so I had to go back. The guy seemed very off once he handed the food saying there wasn’t a lot of carne asada on the fries which was annoying cause he didn’t say anything before hand. That man needs to put the coke down. Never coming back. Service was terrible. Took the food back to.
