I’ve noticed that Taco Cabanas lately are always desperately understaffed. Maybe they need to increase their starting wages, but I just waited 15 minutes for 2 tacos and some chips. Not coming back.

We got the beef brisket steet tacos, so yummy and so fresh and hot! Chips and Cheso! Chicken flour soft tacos!. This is The BEST TACO CABANA OF THOUSAND OAKS! THEY take great pride in making there food for there customers and will bring it out to you. Kuddos to the workers , you are all the best, hopefully this is the right person who works there..Robert?!! Outstanding, outstanding customer service!We we come back to San Antonio again, we will go there again!

I usually stop by this Taco Cabana omw to work if I’m going to get tacos. Today I stopped by a closer one to my house so I had more time to eat on my tacos on my commute. I took one bite and realized I made a mistake. I don’t know how they season their beans but the taco was gross. I stopped by this one hopeful that they would remake the other locations tacos for me but fully planning to pay. The gentleman at the front was super nice and remade them for me quicker than I got my first batch at the other place. These tacos were perfect!This taco cabana is honestly the one with the fastest drive through I’ve been to. The staff taking your order actually seems to be listening to you and not like you’re interrupting something even though I know they’re doing a dozen other things. They ask if you want salsa at the window which other ones don’t. And the thing I appreciate the most that doesn’t happen at a lot of other drive through is they tell you the amount before you leave the box! I usually pay with exact change so I like to know the amount before I get to the window and I can have it ready and not screw up window times.I really appreciate this location and I’m very thankful to the employee who remade my gross taco.

The location I go to in Thousand Oaks is quite enjoyable. Never long wait for food. And always great product even 10 minutes till close. Sorry for the employees having to deal with last minute customers. They never seem bothered by it. Again sorry I get off right before you guys

actually disgusting. every time i’ve eaten here it’s something new. the amount of times i’ve had to drive right back to return something is INSANE. it’s so close to my house so i settle sometimes. not anymore! found plastic in my food.
Ordered beef nachos, nice and hot! I got salsa, Pico, and Jalepenos. But no guacamole and no sour cream. This is the third time that this particular Taco Cabana did not give me guacamole. Worst service in San Antonio. I will do my best to stay away from this place.

Love me some Taco Cabana and this location is one of my faves!!!!Parking: Never a Problem to Park.Kid-friendliness: My son loves him some Taco Cabana employees. My son is almost 4yrs old and has several disabilities and Every time we arrive, they always accommodate his needs and greets him and in return he lights up the place with his smile.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes definitely accommodated the handicap.
