Went to get two tacos this morning. Waited in the drive-thru for 30min. Got to the window and was greeted with an unpleasant worker with no sense of urgency. Paid the reluctant worker and proceeded to wait another five minutes for two tacos. I realize Taco Cabana is not concerned about efficiency of time but today was especially time consuming.

Be aware of pickup orders. You place em 20 minutes ahead, but only when you get there do they start marking your order… Food is well fast food tasting quality tacos, and funny enough this is more like slow food

Terrible and and absolutely rude service from the tall gentleman in the hat with a beard. He casually walked by me twice while making eye contact and refused to even acknowledge me. Once he was forced to by another coworker he said my order wasn’t ready when it was sitting ready behind him.

He then told another peer how he ignored me and they enjoyed a laugh together.

Not sure what went wrong with this interaction, I just stood there waiting for my food and was treated like trash. Never coming back here.

We love taco cabana. It seems like all of the locations are becoming run down, and order to getting food is getting longer, along with less meat with the quesadillas.

Literally the worst taco cabana I have ever been to. And I don’t know why I keep letting them have another opportunity. Last time I was literally locked in the drive-through line for over one hour this time I sat at the drive thru for atleast 10 minutes no one answered so I drove around to the window sat there for another 10 minutes. No one came up.

Happy Hour Queen

Stopped by twice last week and everyone knows TC has small tacos. I literally had like a tablespoon of chorizo & egg in my little tortilla. I went 2 days later thinking an off day. Nope same thing.

Very poor service most of the time. Sometimes purposefully ignoring customers and taking far too long to complete orders. In one instance, deliberately ignoring an order just placed and giving subtle attitude when asking about it. This location needs to up their hiring standards.
