Honestly, best cabana in the area. One of the employees really went out of the way to me out and double check my order. Amazing customer service.

Dead yet super slow even took ten to fifteen minutes for them to take my order when multiple people saw me standing there. Not only that, but the steak tasted like rubber and I've never had a taco made that poorly from TC

My food was cold. The meat was not hot, not even warm and juicy. It was like it had been sitting there waiting for someone to finally come in and take it off their hands thankfully, I didn’t spend a lot of money and I do actually like taco cabana a lot, but based off this particular location, I will likely never eat there again, it took about For someone to come and acknowledge our presence and the service could have been much better. I felt like we were at someone’s home, waiting on them to fix a meal. Even my guests that were with me their food was lukewarm and cool in some areas so keep in mind that when people order food they expect it to be hot. We don’t come to a fast food restaurant expecting to get food that’s been sitting for longer than 20 or 30 minutes we want our food prepared when we pay you for it

Waiting 35 minutes for 2 tacos and a kids cheese quesadilla. At 11:15 am with no one inside the restaurant. No one outside. Saw two people come in and get their food within 5 minutes. I asked why my food was taking too long. They said they were busy

The taco bowl was half-empty. I paid $9. Not going back. Only two employees working. Waited quite a while to get a nothing-bowl.

First and last time I'll ever go to this location. I pull up to the drive through and order a dozen breakfast tacos, and the cashier, who I'm pretty sure was the manager, doesn't tell me until after I'm already at the window and paid, that it's going to be a 15-20 minute wait, despite there being very few other customers there. OK, cool, would've been nice to know before I had ordered and paid but whatever. I ended up waiting 30 minutes and my order never came out, so I go in to check on it and they had completely forgotten the order. So they made it real quick, and when i get home and check the tacos, they're barely even filled. I had a potato egg and cheese taco with literally ONE diced potato in it. Never again.

I don't get the option to take stars off. Worst eating and customer service experienced in a long time. Taco bell is off the #1 worst list.
Had a great experience- typically go through the drive through, but my 3 year old really wanted to eat inside. The tortilla maker was front and center and provided such entertainment for him. The employees noticed right away and offered to make him his own tortilla to enjoy. These are the small things that make kids so incredibly happy and encourage parents to make the trek out of the car to enjoy an extra 10 min of breakfast together.
And- The bacon was extra crispy in our tacos.

Please if you do NOT care about the service you provide to your customers CLOSE this stores. The employees you are hiring do not care about the location clean area or Service or the food presentation. . Food burned. My husband and me ordered two family quesadillas. Meet was burned and had no utensils, sour cream,salsa or guacamole . Before you used to hired an excellent team that care about all that including satisfying the customer. It is sad that after all this years non of the taco cabana are the way used to be. We are very disappointed about all this. We wasted our money.

This is by far the worst restaurant to eat in, Service and food were very un pleasant. The guy was very racist and absolute no costumer service. We spend like $50 on 3 quesaillas with no meat and the tortilla not even cooked. I hope they closed for real and i hope the manager sees this

Stanley is the man! I've been going to TC more often as of recently and have had the pleasure of meeting Stanley in the drive-thru on a few occasions. He's very personable, attentive, and speaks clearly over the speaker! A nice change from what I was typically used to at that location. He's a Rockstar! Give that man a raise!

Worst customer service. I went through the drive through. Someone on the speaker told me to pull up without taking my order. I got to the window and the guy asked if i had one bean and cheese taco. I explained to him what i happened. I also told him what i wanted. He didn’t say anything. Turned his back to the window and then shut the window. I sat there for a few min. No one came back but i just left. It was my first time coming to this location but i can tell you it will also be my last.
