Tables were dirty with spilled food still on them. Floor was dirty with spilled food on it. The coffee was Luke warm. I have eaten at this Taco Cabana before and the food and service was good. I went on Saturday, 8;/16/25, at 11:30 and I was very disappointed. The staff was very friendly, but that was the only pleasant thing about my visit.

Received wrong Cabana Bowl and my $5 Guisada tacos had no meat in them. Ordered Tres Leches dipping for Sopapillas, they gave syrup instead. Ordered multiple salsas, they gave none. This is a 0 effort trash establishment.

I went thru the drive thru. It is tight to turn into the drive thru lane. Took a little long to get the food compared to another Taco Cabana I usually go to. Food is good

Service is mediocre. The drive thru is stupid no made clear where you need to pull up too. No quality check to see if orders are correct i ordered 7 tacos and only have 3 in my bag

We waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes and no-one answered to take our order. 2 employees walked past me to the same vehicle, one with a bag of food. When 1 employee walked back past me, I asked her if someone was able to take my order. She completely ignored me and went into the store. Someone then came over the speaker and said we are too short staffed right now, without even offering to take our order.I left. I understand that places are short staffed right now. But I also know that it is largely the establishments fault for not taking care of their employees properly. I went to the Taco Palenque up the street and they were very well staffed and got our order out in no time.

Ticket #1 at 3 in the afternoon? Floor was a bit dirty. Enough to make you wonder if the night crew knew how to close. Cashier either was not trained at all. She did not know the different denominations of coins. She gave me about $3.00 of quarters and a nickel back for should have been 95 cents change. Apologizing that they ran out of dimes. This might be the fault of the school ststem though. Fajitas were over salted beans looked like they were past their time. Which probably caused sudden trip to the toilet.

Stopped by last night on Wednesday after work for Happy Hour. Ordered margaritas , three pack chicken flautas and bean and cheese nachos along with sides of sour cream, queso and guacamole. The chicken flautas were perfect and crunchy. Our bean and cheese nachos were delicious. Our cashier was so friendly and professional. Kudos to the cooks!
