I rated them a 3 star because I ordered a watermelon margarita in the drive thru, but didn't receive it, and the steak meat tasted like it had been re-warmed from yesterday's left overs. I love Taco Cabana, so I was disappointed in this visit.

I placed an order online on y’all’s Taco Cabana app. I was not sure, but we got out of work and drove across town, so I got food from y’all that’s near our house. We got their 30-minute estimate from Maria Salasar, a woman that says she is the manager on November 1st at 7:00 p.m. on that shift that the food was given away. I don’t understand how since we just got there. We had proof of our order by mail, app, and bank transaction. We waited, and just let them take our paid food. We waited, and she was upset that we weren’t leaving until it was resolved. She couldn’t give us a receipt of proof of refund or remake the food within a petty time. 30 minutes. There weren’t even that many cars outside. I know she was just trying to get us upset. She said, “I sent an email to the 3rd party app” when we told her we were not from DoorDash and said, “I don’t know, just that it might take some time.” We left with no proof of refund or food.” I haven’t even mentioned how petty the team members were. We just wanted our food and to go home. We just wanted our food and I’m not sure if this will secure my refund from order #919 as shown on the receipt, I’ll also contact my bank to make sure. I’m super upset because I always wanted Taco Cabana, but the service will prevent me from ordering.
