If you spent the extra money on labor to have more employees, you wouldn't have people walking out on you because they're tired of standing in line for ten minutes for not a single person to walk up to the front counter and take their order. You literally have potential customers willing to give you money and yet they'll walk out and not give you that money all because of the restaurant being short staffed. It's not rocket science. More staff = better service/experience = repeat business and referrals = more revenue. Not a hard concept to understand. Ridiculous.

On my first and last visit to this location I could not get waited on. I entered the empty restaurant and stood at the counter for a couple of minutes then asked the kitchen staff if it was possible to order in person or whether this was only a place to pick up online orders. A guy said he'd be right with me. I waited 7 minutes then walked out. Never had a chance to place an order.

Go to another Taco Cabana. This one sucks for all the reasons mentioned in other reviews. Rude staff, stale chips, order mistakes and missing items. Not worth the long wait times.
