I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the Lady working at the window, but she was so sweet and so pleasant. And my receipt says employee number 159003. When you go somewhere first thing in the morning and you have interactions with someone like her. It makes you believe that today is going to be a good day. I’m gonna try to remember that all day.

Attemped to get some drive thru food after a Spurs game. Came through the Drive-Thru about 9:30pm on a Monday. Tried to order some taquitos and was told the fryer was shut down. Switched my order to chicken quesadillas. Was told the fryer was shut down and that they were closing soon. What kind of place closes at 9:30pm when they say they are open till midnight? No wonder Taco Cabana has a rep of being terrible. Never again.

This place sucks so bad they mess up your order every time you’ll go home and stuff will be missing and if you call and tell them about it they will make you feel like your lying about it the lady told me to put the food that was wrong in fridge and bring it back the next day for a refund This place deserves 0 stars and when you do get your food they skimp everything give you the smallest portions while food is already way overpriced This place is terrible

I work across the street so I go often but today was my last day going . There is always no help here the service is no good & cashiers never know what she is doing . Today I went to redeem my points a girl was upset then only let me erran point didn’t let me redeem it . Or she didn’t know how to. I feel like the whole staff this is location doesn’t know what they are doing . I have to tell them how to do it even redeem points and they don’t know how to let get cash out your points which is no point of even purchasing anything from here And The receipt it was shows employee number is 344374 .

Omg. Stopped by for two quick tacos and had a horrible experience. The girl working the drive thru was so rude and indifferent. Made me pull up for a bean and cheese and potato and egg even though there was no one else behind me. I asked for corn tortillas and only received one taco on corn—the other one was flour. I guess that was lucky for me because the corn tortilla was stale and literally hard as a rock. No salsa, no napkins, no “thank you”. What has happened to TC? All the locations are trash now.

I ordered flour and corn tortillas to go. I've had the flour before, but never the corn. The lady at the window was a little ehhh as far as customer service goes, but not the worst I've experienced. The corn tortillas tore apart when I tried to make tacos. I couldn't even eat them. I'll never order corn tortillas from them again.

Food would be good but always skimpy!! Never can this place be consistent! Always a hit or miss 3 dollars for not filled tacos but im sure they make their lunch perfectly. Over it waste of money .
