The food here is hit or miss these days and quite frankly with the lazy staff, I'm not surprised. 25 minute wait for 4 margaritas and a taco all for the staff to tell us the machine isn't working and they can't do anything about it nor replace or refund our money. Understaffing aside this place is simply unsatisfactory for anything quick let alone effective communication and allowing you the option to choose whether you want to wait 25 minutes for margarita

The service sucks. Waited in line for over 25 minutes due to the cashier walking out to take her UBER ride. The second cashier was taking long in the restroom. Meanwhile supervisor and cook acknowledged us waiting and never came to attend us. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time here.

Kid-friendliness: It's a family friendly place but you do stand in line to order your meal or use the drive-thru.
Their food is good and I always love the customer service because it’s really good and the food is always good and the food comes out hot. The store is always clean and the bathrooms too
