I went to the drive-through today around 4:15 PM. I get to the speaker and this man takes my order. I told him I wanted two bean and cheese tacos and two regular bean tacos with a margarita. I get charged for two black bean tacos.. again.. I just wanted regular beans. When I look at the receipt, he gives me I then question him “what does the black bean mean” and he said that it’s just how they write it. So I look at the receipt again and realize that the two black bean tacos are 1.99 while the bean and cheese tacos are 1.79 each. It’s not a big deal that I paid a little more for those tacos for them to be corrected with regular, but the fact that another person (lady) came to the window when I realized the order was incorrect she told me personally, that those were not the right tacos and that she would replace them with the right order. Then the young man came back and said, “didn’t You have a margarita?” and I told him “yes”.. and it seems as if he was mad about it because he just shuts the window kinda hard and rudely due to not even acknowledging me back. The lady then proceeds to hand me my order and tells me she added an extra taco for me and handed me extra salsa that I asked for. I’m literally so thankful for that lady For she made up for someone else’s lack of work ethic!! She should be praised for her hard work!!! she is the only reason I will be back!!!

This is the worst taco cabana I have ever been to. I went through the drive-thru in the morning and sat in that line for 25 minutes and ended up leaving because the girl at the window didn't even come greet me or take my payment or anything. If I could give it no stars I would. Never going there again.

The food here is hit or miss these days and quite frankly with the lazy staff, I'm not surprised. 25 minute wait for 4 margaritas and a taco all for the staff to tell us the machine isn't working and they can't do anything about it nor replace or refund our money. Understaffing aside this place is simply unsatisfactory for anything quick let alone effective communication and allowing you the option to choose whether you want to wait 25 minutes for margarita

The service sucks. Waited in line for over 25 minutes due to the cashier walking out to take her UBER ride. The second cashier was taking long in the restroom. Meanwhile supervisor and cook acknowledged us waiting and never came to attend us. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time here.
