I took my family from our of town. Floor was sticking, enchiladas plates were very salty, and that if you can call them enchiladas. The sauce was running. And the restroom. OMG. The worst I've ever seen. Never again will I eat there.

I ordered the thing that looks like taco salad. The rice was super dry and looked like the one you dump in the trash can. Almost no lettuce and fajita and too much refried bean that tasted like burned. I had to throw it since I ordered to take it to the hotel. What my wife didn't like at all what she ordered too.

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE AND FOOD!!!!!!
I ordered online and went to pick up my food inside. The Taco Cabana app is trash! You can't see your order you just made. I go in to get my food and the MANAGER was asking to see my order but I couldn't pull it up on the app. She didn't try to assist me or anything. I kept trying to find the order and couldn't. I asked how many times people come asking for a specific FIRST and LAST name. I deliver for Door Dash and other apps and when you pick up the order the app only shows the first initial of the last name. I explained that this is my personal food order and she literally SHOVED the bag to me. I had on my all white Muslim garment covered from head to toe so I don't know how she figured I was doing ANY deliveries. She didn't apologize or anything. I ordered 3 burritos and there was a corner of chicken.
When I got home I realized my car was on the receipt!!!!! She was being so racist! Door Dash will not have this kind of receipt!!

We had dinner late last night at your restaurant on 90 and Military Drive. The food was good The service is not so much, and the environment the facility inside was dirty. There was food on the tables food on the floors It wasn’t clean at all and where the dressings are supposed to be like the hot sauce and stuff like that, there was nothing there and it was nasty and dirty.

Received a cold Mexican Pizza, with pooling grease that had been sitting there so long the grease soaked through the cardboard, no cheese or sour cream, the sauce that was on there was so old that it was dry and cracking. They served me something that had been sitting out for a while. This place needs a visit from the health inspector.

I accidentally ordered the wrong side with my street tacos combo so when I went back around the line to fix my order, the lady at the window was just being very incompetent and couldn’t just change my side. I told her I didn’t need a refund, I just wanted my rice and beans instead of chips and queso and she proceeded to make snarky remarks and take at least 5 minutes to look at my receipt while my girlfriends food was getting soggy and cold.
I waited 30 minutes for my food .sodas tasted like carbonated water .I was very disappointed.

Have really decreased the quality in the past few years. San Antonio, TX branches are not recommended. Dallas branches are much better. I hope the San Antonio branches branches improve to their original quality.
