Lived in San Antonio for 40 plus years and when here for the first time last week. When on a Friday night and the service was amazing. They were out of mini corn tortillas so they upgraded the tortillas for free. Had to wait but was offered a drink and was kept informed about the wait time.
Alot has changed since my last visit. Food was overpriced for the quality. You'd think being the only customers there,(party of 3), service would be better but the waitress had to be summoned from the kitchen to get refills on coffee.
Had breakfast there on a Sunday at a little after 8 AM. We had 5 adults 3 children under 5 in our group. Each adult ordered a breakfast plate. We got one plate for the kids to share. One person also got a taco. The bill was over 115.00. Portions we average size. Food was delicious. It took them about 30 mins after the plates arrived to bring out the single taco that was ordered.
