It’s like the food was cooked yesterday and warmed up for me today this morning. How can I have old hard dried food at 10am at a place that prides themselves on Freshness..

So this the only Taco Palenque I ever order from. However ordered through a combo through door dash on the 7th. I called the restaurant to inform management about the quality of the beans i ordered. They were the wrong ones also the rice was very oily. However the manger I spoke to was nice and understanding and advised me to save my receipt and come into the store to get my order remade for the mistakes. However I did but did not remember the gentleman’s name I spoke to. He was so nice. I showed up at the store on the 9th and spoke with another manger by the name of Martinez. I explain to him the situation but he was really rude and stated that he couldn’t not help me and to come in when the next manager comes in. All because I didn’t remember the guy name. It was unfortunate for me cause I live 15mins away. But I just wanted to point out that I was promised to be compensated and never was.

3 people with regular plates and sides and drinks came out to nearly $50. Mexican...scratch that - Tex-Mex food - should be inexpensive and delicious. They've only got one of those two things going for them.

Supreme Fajita Quesadilla, supposedly meant for more than 1 person that's a lie(we were 3 people and were left hungry 8 slices). Then, nothing supreme about it. It just got the cheese and the fajita you'd expect tomatoes, lettuce the whole supreme thing, but it's just ole plain small personal size.
