The night manager is extremely rude and sarcastic. I will never eat at Taco Palenque after how I was treated at this store. Absolutely horrible experience. My expectation is that a manager would be professional and kind to people trying to spend money. He tried to backtrack after I called him out for his unprofessional behavior but it was too late. I don’t feel comfortable allowing them to make my food.

They refuse to fullfil orders for Bean and Cheese Panhcos or Panchitos! I LOVE Their Bean and Cheese Panhcos! The last THREE VISITS have made Me not want to return the 1st time they gave Me Beef Fajita Pancho's, The 2nd time they gave Me Chips and Queso with beans on the side and the 3rd time I got home and had Bean and Cheese Tacos with Chips and Queso. I ordered Clearly and spoke with clarity and double checked to ensure No meat No Carne and three times now. Each time I had to return and get it corrected or get a refund. How exhausting. I don't think I will go out of My way to go back unless I happen to be near by They may get ONE more chance because again I Love the Bean and Cheese Panhcos!

My panchos could've had more meat and cheese. They piled a bunch of tortilla chips to make them look big. Corn in the cup was okay. Service was fast tho

Overall good experience. I ordered street tacos and a crispy taco, rice and beans. I don’t recommend the street tacos, it’s super oily or the rice. I do recommend the crispy taco and the charro beans. Both items were really flavorful.

The cook who was in charge of the meat, had a disaster in his area, it was my first time I went because they recommended it to me and this is my last time I come, it was unpleasant to see how he had the area where the meat broke, and dirty that is unpleasant because one is taking the order and you can see how dirty they have where they put the meat, I wish they had more cleanliness since one eats that meat and also with his worker, that it is more hygienic, service was excellent, only the disgust was with the one who prepared and cut the meat.
