I usually travel into San Antonio for business and try my best to stop by TC at night on my way home. I've been eating at TC since the first one open on San Pedro, so I know what delicious food they serve here. What I was served here at the Marbach location this past Wednesday night was just terrible. I ordered a quesadilla and some tacos; what I got was just cold and inedible. The cheese in the quesadilla wasn't even melted all the way! There was no Microwave in the hotel and I had to just toss it. I called the location to see if there was a reason for the poor quality food and a male answered by the name of mike or Michael or whatever. He stated that since they close at midnight, they lower down the grill to be cleaned prior to that and that's why my quesadilla was cold and he couldn't give me a refund because they had already closed. I don't see how the grill being lowered or turned off means I should be allowed to get cold food. That's not right. IF YOU CLOSE AT 12AM, THEN EVERYTHING SHOULD BE ON UNTIL THAN!!!! I will most definitely not visit this TC on my next visit to San Antonio.
