Excellent ceviche- finely minced. Crunchy, fresh, delicious.
I come here everyday for 2 weeks and never get tired. Tried the fish tacos birria cabeza ceviche quesabirrias they are all fantastic
First time trying. I had the quesabirrias and he had the quesadillas. Both were excellent! You can tell it's fresh and authentic. He also gave us a ceviche tostada as well as a beef tostada while we waited. Those were delicious as well! It's off the beaten pata, but definitely worth it!
My favorite taco place! Pastor meat is really good here. Well everything is.

We came here after hiking at Government Canyon. We didn’t know what to order, so he made us a plate of each meat so that we could try it. We both got tortas, I got birria and my partner got carnitas. Super good. Is just a little food truck with great food!
