Yall - these are the tacos you want. I know there are a bunch of taco places that pop up, but trust me, this is it. INCREDIBLE flavor, the absolute kindest employees, and super fresh and hot food. Already planning our next trip to get more (and that birria is flawless).
This is my favorite taco truck. The meat is seasoned well, the salsas taste amazing. Not everyone knows how to make a great salsas but this place does! I usually get asada, buche, or tripa tacos. The papa is just as great if you are not up for tacos. To include the horchata is the best. It is not overly sweet! The best taco truck on Marbach, and still close to home!
We ordered 2 orders of the street tacos. I only waited 5 minutes. The tacos came dressed, and we got hot sauce, limes, and napkins. The food was delicious. We definitely recommend this food truck.
