Arrived early, 635 am, to Tacos N Salsa Mexican Cafe on 1604 to order 21 breakfast burritos. I greeted the first worker, setting up tables along the outside of the store, with a "Good morning"...her reply was, "we are not open yet" and locked the door behind her. I laughed and waited outside. The burritos were exceptional and well priced.

Really great spot with lots of options and good quality ingredients. The eggs could usually use a little salt and occasionally you get a taco that’s sopping in grease, which spills everywhere when you unwrap it and makes the tortilla soggy. I enjoy the taste of the chorizo however and the salsas are fresh and delicious.

Excellent breakfast tacos! We ordered several. Barbacoa (lean & no fatty surprises) was yummy! There was so much in 1 taco, you can order an extra tortilla & have 2 tacos; Papas & Chorizo Tacos were delicious & the Migas w/cheese Tacos were tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant. Will be returning to try their lunch menu. This is a family owned business & they they have several locations in San Antonio. Monday - Friday
