Food is great! Love the wonton soup. We don't have to wait long after we order. A good friend let me know about this place if not I probably would never have stopped by.

Terrible food the bathrooms were disgusting and the staff was horrible the food was on the cook and it was previously be cooked itself and the staff is horrible and the egg rolls have shrimp in them and my grandmother is allergic she almost died because they said that there was no shrimp in the egg rolls the soup is horrible the service is terrible and don't eat here ever and the owner didn't do anything about it didn't even give us a discount on our bill it was $60 and the food wasn't even worth 10 bucks!

Came here before and was not impressed.but new owners totally fixed,upgraded and changed a lot of the problems that were here. The food is amazing ,service was good not great but was only two of them ,wasn't that busy .the food wasn't a lot or too little just enough to fill you up but not stuff you so you can't move .can sodas was a downer wish they had fountain drinks.

Waited a hour and a half for delivery. I called a woman who answered the phone told me to give her driver some more time. Ok. Called at the one and 45 minute mark... She said she would have to call me back so she could call her driver. She called back to tell me that someone picked up my order.. gave her my address and signed the credit card receipt,.... NOT. They forgot about my order....Never again!!!

good food for the right price. it's quite and never crowded. lots of space for parking. restaurant lobby is nice. rest room needs some extra cleaning. the wait staff is friendly. go by if you get the chance. you might be a regular like me.

Food was delicious, service was too just couldn't get use to the rap music playing. The waitress was very nice and told management to change it but they refused what happened to keeping the customers satisfied.

I don't know... the food tasted off to me... the egg roll had a weird taste to it, the crab Rangoon was hard as if it was sitting out too long, why can't they be made freshly to order? The sauce for the sesame chicken tasted off too, so much sauce on the dish. It was mostly white meat chicken, some pieces were nothing but the breading batter. They give you a small portion of rice when you are paying almost 11.00 for the plate, the rice was dry and a little undercooked for my taste. The place is ok, I'd say give it a try you might like it, my husband did. Me ... not so much.
If everyone remembers this place was okay, and then they got really bad and that place wasn't so inviting. Well, they went under a new managers and it seems to be a new team of people who are now used to the new way of running things. It great to see this place back up and running in the south side, give it a try or give it another try if you want some delicious chinese.

Some time back tai sun was really good and then they started to go down the hill. Bad food quality and customer service. We also heard on the news they got bad health inspections. So we stopped going. After we heard it was under new management, we decided to try again. The quality of food was a lot better. Still same prices. The lady that takes our order on the phone is nice and gets the order right. We usually order for delivery. The food comes in good time, still hit and correct. Hopefully they will keep it up. I recommend tai sun over China rose and that buffet place down military drive.

Ordered the peppered steak from the online site when I got home and opened the box there was not a single piece of meat and the vegetables looked old and welted so I called em back to remake my food and deliver it they told me to save the plates which I did when they brought my food the driver did a thorough inspection of the plate to make sure there was no meat then asked me if he could throw it in my dumpster like if I was trying to scam em out of a plate of vegetables. Very unpleasant experience will never eat there again!!!

I was very displeased with the service given. I ordered my food over the phone. Got there and waited an HOUR for my food. They did not care how upset we were. We did not even get all of the food we ordered. The only pro was that the food was flavorful and tasted good. But at what cost?
