I’m giving this a low review because I had the large dark meal, shallow end spice, and mostly all my chicken was undercooked and I have to put it in the air fryer to cook. The greens were fine. If my chicken was cooked all the way through this would have been a 3-ish star because I loved how breaded the chicken is and the spice but with wasn’t seasoned. It wasn’t salty, which is good, but it wasn’t seasoned.

Start off by saying I would have taken a picture but was too good to put down , very welcoming employees I ordered a sandwich with three alarm and I was hands down best chicken sandwich Ive tried perfect crunch guy in front was very cool even gave me a sample of their hottest sauce very good as well

Order the large dark meal with shallow end as the spice level. The chicken was fried perfectly, very crispy and moist. Chicken is not heavily sauced perfect amount to add some heat and great flavor. Love the pickles that came on the side very fresh!

Extremely salty & why doesn’t my chicken look like the other photos? :( On the plus side if you like super crispy chicken, this is your place. Maybe don’t order at night so the quality is better. Fries were salty and made my head hurt immediately.

Ordered on door dash. Order was processed in a timely matter and the price was good. I’ve been struggling to find good quality chicken with a Nashville style breading and sauce and I think I’ve found it. It may even give Hattie B’s in Nashville a run for its money.

Some Fine Quality chicken I've had, I was very shocked it was a ghost kitchen. But the food was pretty damn delicious! Made fresh to the order. The french fries were amazing and tasted wonderful as well. I highly recommend if you've got a mean chicken craving because this will hit good

Was hard finding the location but when we were able to get there, the staff there were professional and personable. Everything is made fresh so there was a short wait. The food though is absolutely amazing. Best chicken sandwich I have ever had. I'm not much of a fry guy but the moment I had one I couldn't stop eating them. The cornbread is made to perfection and honestly would put my momma's to shame. If you like chicken, this is the place to order it from. Everything tastes like it was made with passion. I highly recommend this place to anyone

I've ordered from this place a few times for delivery now. The first order I got was world class food; it was one of the best fast food type meals I've had in a while. The chicken tenders had a good amount of heat to them; they were really crispy but somehow still melted in your mouth. The sides were good too. A week later, I ordered their hottest chicken for my 2nd order; I didn't think it was that hot though. I tried it again for my third order a week later, and dang, they were extremely spicy.

My husband brought home some dinner from Take Flight last night and it was fantastic! All the food was fresh, tasted outstanding, and the portions were very fair for the price. Zero complaints here. The chicken sandwich was delicious, the fries were off the chain, and the cornbread tasted like cake! Can't wait to go back.

Yummy! Worth the trip from downtown. Best hot/fried chicken in SA, closest you’ll get to hot chicken from Nashville in TX. Awesome customer service from the ghost kitchen.

I ordered the Trinidad Scorpion chicken tenders for myself and my partner along with the French fries. Never in my life have I had chicken tenders that have been that juicy and well flavored. This place is a hidden gem and you need to do yourself a favor and try it, because you are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t. Usually spicy things lack flavor for the most part, but every single spice was so distinct and not completely drowned out by the intensity of the heat. Even the ranch here is absolutely delicious! The portions are fairly generous given the price too. I will absolutely be ordering here once a week as a treat.Update: I wanted to check out their normal chicken to see if it was just as good without the extra spice, and they were absolutely delicious. If I could buy an entire jar of their pickles, I would. Please check out this place. I’m so grateful that I found them on DoorDash!

Delivery with DoorDash. A good eat for someone who like southern deep fried chicken with thick layer crust and extra extra crispy (hard). I would have given the food experience a 4star but the wing and drum was undercooked with raw meat smell but the chicken breast was cooked. The Mac n cheese was a gem ???? in comparison to other fast food places and the banana pudding was good after chilled in the fridge.

This place is great! Chicken is crispy and tasty! Fries are seasoned to perfection! Service was also great! This is my new go to spot when I get a chicken sandwich craving!
