We stopped by for lunch. There was a sign when you walk in, three tacos for xx.xx and another for two tacos and tea for xx.xx. We asked for one of each, but we're told its only for breakfast. 🙄 So we placed our orders, the waitress asked if we wanted tortillas, I asked if it was extra, she said no. So of course we wanted tortillas. The rice is different, it did have lentils, something different. Unfortunately I wasn't extremely impressed. It wasn't very hot, and there was a ton of cheese on my food. But when it came time to pay the waitress pulled out the credit charge machine and waited for us to sign. I felt obligated to tip, my friend did not, she signed her slip and handed it to the waitress, the waitress said, you only signed, my friend said, I know. Obviously the waitress was not happy. We asked for bags each for our leftovers, she huffed at the request. When I later looked at my receipt I noticed a service fee, that was not on the charge slip, she never mentioned the charge. This was at the Huebner Road location. I doubt we will go back, we'll head over to Guerros.

Food was great and the server was friendly but I had an ant in my food that was alive. Kinda felt grossed out so I had to leave. I didn’t wanna cause a fuzz, but I still paid full price. I was hoping to get something off for that extra critter I didn’t ask for. Server was great though, I know she didn’t place an ant intentionally lol

Got my staple meal of cheese enchiladas and they were great! Cheese was stretchy and not oily. The rice tasted fresh and the beans were unlike any I had before!

Nothing really stands out at this taco shop — the tacos are just okay and a bit overpriced. The best thing I tried were the street mini tacos, especially the carnitas and carne asada. Personally, I’d rather eat at Taco Palenque for better food, faster service, and better prices. Still, if you’re in the neighborhood, this is a decent spot to grab a bite.

Food over priced and not that great.. they’ll charge 4-5$ for a small kids drink… service not great either

Tortillas are home made. Carne guisada on point. Chicharon taco was great. Ice Tea fresh and great flavour. Consistent service and food.

Stone Oak doesn't realize what a gem they have here. The food is so good and the prices are amazing. Carne guisada is so tender and the meat chucks are so large!. Queso Birria tacos are so good too!

It’s very important on the food that you eat because you wouldn’t wanna get Sick eating food that’s not suitable to eat Something that has an ugly taste or an ugly smell.
