I've been going here for years. Have never gotten less than perfect. Just remember, during the busiest times there are people trying to sell fruits and sweets between the tables, plus when the musicians are there it gets a little overwhelming. Their good but sounds really loud in such a small space. But if you have ever been to central Mexico you have experienced it before.

Great little place to eat lunch. They have a variety of lunch specials for $8.99 includes a tea. The servers are friendly & very attentive. Came here for lunch with my husband, we only had an hour so we were very happy to have our food come out super fast. We'll be back again for sure to try some of the other lunch plate specials. I had the cardne guisada plate, the serving size was very generous, the meat was very tender & not tough at all. They also served us chips...

I have dined here before, although it has been a year or more. This morning, the service was great, and the atmosphere felt like an authentic Mexican restaurant (at least to me).

I ordered the three tacos all the same kind, for a set reasonable price. The tacos were potato and egg, and the tortillas were flour and good tasting. The reason for the 4 stars on food is because to me, it seemed like the potatoes were a little stale. It could be that my taste...
