Taqueria Hacienda Mexican Restaurant

At first the service was attentive and fast. After we got our food however they rarely checked on us. However the food was amazing for the price compared to other places. They got one plate made wrong and we had to get up and go ask for it to be fixed- then they proceeded to look up the receipt and come check the food. THEN fixed it. The food was amazing but the service was only okay.

If you walk in and you don't speak Spanish fluently, then you're basically non existent to them.
I ordered anyway due to hunger and now I know the food matches the waitresses and the service.
I guess the young lady at the register thought I wasn't gonna tip and she gave me a smug look. Not knowing I had cash in hand for the tip.
Out of courtesy, not extended to me, at the very end, she acted surprised when I left a $2 tip.
I actually had a $5 bill but, due to her arrogance and poor customer service, I only left $2. Against my better judgement.
So the food was to go and upon receiving it and opening it at home.
It was not worth the amount I paid for it.
I paid $27 for (2) bean and egg tacos , an order of bean and cheese chalupas, and a gallon of their tea.
$27 dang dollars for less than mediocre food and horrible customer service.
No sense in saying more. It was not a good experience and lacked in every way.
I've been here before and it's always been pretty much the same.
No improvement.
And the only reason we stopped here was because all the Mexican restaurants in the surrounding area close at 2 or 3 pm and it was now 3:20 pm.
My recommendation is that you keep drive my. Go to the Pollod Asados across did the street and get your money's worth.

This place really sucks the waitress don’t not attend unless it’s a group of men, I ordered a chorizo and egg and tasted horrible they put cheese on a taco that I didn’t want ask them to take it off and they said they would charge but I didn’t want it, after arguing I didn’t even get another taco! They suck all around

6/24/25 9AM Food is ok, tables are dirty so you need to bring your own cleaning wipes, but the main things is that they scam you when you pay. They never give you back the exact change. To me, is not about the money but the principle.

Bad treatment from the cashier, inappropriate and rude attitude with customers. I don't know who trained her, but zero service. I think she was feeling how sad it is to see people like that. Of course, it's not her business.

They have great food and you can’t beat their lunch specials for only 6.99 with tea. They have very good carne guisada. We live on the north east side of town and we travel to la hacienda to have breakfast or lunch.

Good food and cheap prices

Order a burrito and they put stuff on top and the picture didn't show that. It didn't have beans or rice and the flour tortilla sucked.

Came here after an event since it was open later than most sit down restaurants. Service was good, the young man and server were nice. Only issue was the food and drink. Michelada was flavorless, food was barely edible and own items came out ice cold. When I told my server she apologized and offered a remake but it never came out. Noticed back of house staff get salty about it but next time send out the food hot and not ice cold in the center 🤷🏻‍♀️

I ordered some cheese flans, I noticed when I got home that they were even moldy and expired. Bad experience, I recommend not buying anything in that place.
