This is a nice neighborhood restaurant that serves the local community around Fredericksburg Rd HEB, it's a nice homey place with a wide variety of offerings including the best (reputed) menudo and barbacoa in town. The menu is several pages which I am posting with this review. If you haven't already give this place a chance and enjoy.

We felt like we really were in Mexico, the waitresses mostly speak Spanish but they do whatever they need to get you comfortable and your orders flowing. Spectacular food! The place was already crowded when we came in, but the service was super fast and our food just perfect! We will be back for sure

Great place for authentic mexican food. I usually go foe the menudo because it has great flavor and you can have with or without the hominy. They also have handmade tortillas and great service. Just be sure to go very early on weekend as it can get packed and wait long. I also loved that a nice to listen to romantic music from a gentleman playing his guitar while we eat.
