I'm sry but we are from Jourdanton Texas and I guess our carne guisada and enchiladas are way different than in San Antonio. This is the second Mexican restaurant in San Antonio that we go to and it not to good. The other one was Don Pedro on Military Dr. Anyhoot. I went with my daughter and son and the food to us wasn't that great. We all decided it wasn't all that. The Carne Guisada taste like it was out of a can. Sorta like wolf brand chilli. And the enchiladas had kinda the same flavor. Didn't taste like Carne Guisada or enchiladas. And the rice didn't taste like Mexican rice. More like an uncle Ben's rice out of the box if you get my drift? It hurt more when I got the tab. 50$ for food that tasted not so great. All I got was I enchilada plate and 5 Tacos and 3 12 oz cans of soda and that was 50$!!! 😲 WTH?! I mean I could had a better experience coming home and eating a bowl of cereal. Seriously! But that's my opinion. We all have different taste buds. But thanks God I'm from South Texas. Ppl down here can cook!!! Sad to say. We will not be going back. The only good thing about our experience was our waitress. She was wonderful.

Beef Quesadillas was on point. Rice and Beans were good as always and just a great overall plate. Experience here was good, got sat next to the TV for the Spurs game and music in restaurant was not too loud. $12.99 for a shot of Don Julio Tequila 😭 was the only overpriced item I experienced here. Gratuity was included in check because of our big party

Waiter kinda of too busy for us never came back to check on us had to ask another server for check and to go plate. We came back another time and again the service was just terrible our server just gave us the impression that we needed to hurry up and eat and leave because she just kept rushing us like what we going to order and then we won't even halfway done with our food and I was trying to separate my food and ask her for to go plate I could never seem to find her we were there talking amongst ourselves we weren't done yet and she started clearing the table as is to say hurry up and leave. It's just so sad how service has gone down.
The food was so greasy it was even edible. Also grease was all over my car seat leaving it stained and grease fell all over my nice work pants and they are ruined! I will NEVER go to this place again, just disgusting!!! Two tacos cost me a pair of pants and the interior of my car.

Went for a Birthday Dinner celebration about 30 people service was mediocre, food was absolutely disgusting. Ordered a cheeseburger with fries and my spouse had a shredded chicken salad. My burger was not real beef it was super gross and the fries were nasty. My spouses taco salad the chicken look like it was thrown in there from a can and topped with crap on it. Our friends ordered fajitas and didn't even eat it said it was the most disgusting thing he's ever tasted. We came from over an hour away and will never ever ever recommend this place to anyone. You're better off at eating at Taco Cabana.

My wife and I have found our 1st to go spot to eat no waiting in line for 30-45mins and waitress is awesome. Chair tables are beautiful floors look great and the bar looks awesome. Yous will be seeing me here more often. Yaw just gain a couple of more customers besides my wife and I!!!♤♧¡¡¡ I rate this place 100% 👌 👍 Awesome waitressing ANGELICA thank you so much!!!
