Ordered the egg and steak, comes with beans and potato’s all was blah. No taste to it needed salt or seasoning. Coffee was not great even with added sugar to mask the hard taste was not doing it. If you have high blood pressure and don’t need salt this is the place. First time here since my usual spot was closed and was not impressed. The lack of one entrance and exit on the very corner with traffic makes this hard to get in and out. Good thing it was slow traffic. Normally I’m good at giving other try’s but nope this will do it. 2star because the waitress was very attentive but I was not about to tell her my discomfort this never leads to anything good while there so reviews work I hope.

Ordered 2 enchilada plates and 1 chicken puffy taco on the side. 2nd time I order a puffy taco and it doesn't come out with all our food. I only ate the top of the taco, cuz it had too much masa. Wasn't really puffy, more like breaded. I never got a chance to let our waitress know cuz she never came back to see if we were good or needed refills. I told the cashier when paying n even told them to go see my taco, he called the manager, n she said she couldn't take it off my ticket cuz it was too late to do that. That's pretty dumb. How are you a manager n can't even adjust a ticket or at least offer to have the cooks remake the taco? After I paid, I asked for a to go box for my daughter's food n some more tea since no one ever came to refill us. The guy said it would be .35 cents for a to go box. Really? After u charged me for a taco I didn't even eat?? N our teas already came in to go cups, which we didn't ask for, so I'm sure they charged me for that, too. I'll never go back. The tea n enchiladas are good..not great, but ok. I'll stick with Oscar's or El Sol. F this place !

For being so small you think they would do better with the furniture. This place was packed with waiting. Yet you get to the table and literally rocks like a seesaw. Hand to put napkins on the table to ensure our drinks wouldn't fall. The cushions on the booth are so torn up you have to sit on the edge of you are wearing shorts because it scratches you. The food used to be way better before the remodel! The menudo taste like the wash the pozole from the can and leave it out. Then when they serve thw already cooked menudo they put the flavorless raw pozole in the bowl and serve menduo on top of it. The Horchata was complete trash! The only thing that we liked was the gordita and the migas. The migas are always perfect praying they don't change nothing about that simple recipe. Our server was great but unfortunately the staff doesn't have much room. All six of them have to function behind the cashier counter to get drinks, food, take payments, grab utensils and napkins. I think this place has a bunch of potential but really needs to be looks at from a professional view. Not a "I think this will look better" view.
