I really hate to say this because the food tastes amazing here, HOWEVER... as I was paying at the register, I had a clear view of the kitchen and I witnessed a cook, SCRAPE pico out of a container onto someone's plate WITH HIS BARE HANDS. He straight up was clawing into the pico, using his FINGERNAILS to scrape every last piece out. A major health hazard. The two other cooks also were preparing food without gloves. As much as I enjoyed the service and food here, it is only a matter of time that practices like those, will get someone sick.
