Garabage bar with employees with no integrity, i left food with my bicycle on the patio and an employee tossed it and actually told me to look in the dumpster for it, after years of coming to this place, unbelievable

Been a local customer for 6 years. Took my girlfriend here who is permitted in the US for employment. Bar tender checked her ID and said “I don’t think I can accept this, I’ve never seen this type of ID.” Are you just going to reject anyone who isn’t from Texas? Idk who she was, but if you’re not from Texas, just know you won’t be able to drink here. Only TX IDs are valid here. Owner or manager, please ensure your employees know what classifies as a federal government issued ID.

Small, chill place with a simple outdoor patio. Good selection of cocktails and beer. Nice happy hour. They make a great Old Fashioned and Sazerac. Service has always been good, though I tend to go when it's less crowded, but even during busy hours they've been fine. Enjoy hanging out here.
Parking: There's a small, shared parking lot behind the building, but it fills up quickly. Then you're doing the St. Mary's strip parking search.
