The customer service was excellent, and I was able to get everything I wanted veganized. The sliders were good, but could have used more sauce while the sushi appetizer was great! With the perfect balance of salty, sweet, crunchy, and spicy!

So I got to stop at this food truck the other day and when I tell you the food was great omg!! We had a few different dishes and they all were great! Definitely my new vegan go to spot! O yea don’t forget to try the strawberry lemonade!

We had the sushi bites and impossible Philly cheese steak and I recommend both as they were very very good. My girlfriend has always been vegetarian and has never gotten to have a Philly cheese steak before and she was blown away.

The chef (owner?) is so nice and clearly very passionate about what they are doing.

I only wish they had some tables so we could enjoy the meal right there.
