After reading all the reviews, I had my doubts. All our food was delicious. The shrimp cocktail was big enough for my husband and me. Our server was very attentive, came to ask if we needed anything. Definitely will be going

Different name same place and people! We ate here last year when in town for a football event. The seafood boil was top notch so we came back this year.We were once again not disappointed. We have the trifecta boil with Cajun spices. It comes with snow crab, mussels, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn on the cob. Once again the flavors we robust with a warm heat. Delicious. To our surprise the waitress upon check out said, "It's been a long time," which I responded, "A year." She remembered we were from out of state and that my wife was with us on the previous visit. I was amazed. Great food, great service, do recommend!

Phoned in an order around 5 p.m. for 2 fried combos - 3 shrimp and 2 fish. Both seafood items were seriously overcooked. The fish was close to being burnt and the shrimp was rubbery. I called back and was told by someone in charge that they had a new cook and they had stepped out to pick up some needed food stuff. She offered to replace our orders, if we took our plates back. I told her we did not live close by. She kept apologizing but didn't offer anything else. It's no longer Texas Crab Boil, it's now Pupuseria Romero. Definitely not going back.

First time here is a small and simple place. Service was nice and friendly. The shrimp cocktail was different from the original one. This one has a more liquid texture but has flavor. Would prefer more ingredients and a bit less of the sauce. The shrimp boil was more than enough for one person. The flavor was okay my preference is that it needs a more spicy flavor. The fish tacos were okay I'm not a fan of the flour tortilla I prefer home made corn tortillas. They come with a tarter sauce on them rather it not and have the option of a chipotle sauce.

The worst place to eat, the food is literally disgusting and I'm not exaggerating, burnt beans, the curtido painted yellow, the pupusas don't taste like pupusas, they are definitely not their specialty, the fried plantains tasted like old oil! No wonder he was alone when we arrived! I don't recommend them at all.

We were craving some pupusas and we went to this place, I can say that they are the most horrible pupusas I have ever eaten; We ordered scrambled eggs and I don't know where they put the pork rinds and cheese because it only tasted like beans; My daughter ordered beans with cheese and it only tasted like beans and on top of that it tasted like burnt beans! The worst thing really...

I can't even breathe lol it was sooooooo DELICIOUS!!! The food was worth the wait. Humble and cozy restaurant. I ordered pupusas and rice. My friend ordered the fish tacos and pupusas. Everything tasted as it should. No mixed or mystery tastes. No burned food. The pupusas were big. Fairly served and priced. Felt welcomed and staff were friendly. I loved it!
