Saturday night: too packed, too disorganized. No bread and when they made new batch they brought us regular butter without letting us know. Then the waiter came back with the cinnamon butter. It just seemed too chaotic and that there wasnt any communication between staff. Been to other texas roadhouses and this one is at the very bottom of my list.

I dined at this Texas Roadhouse location during the late afternoon on Saturday March 15th. I had added my name to the waitlist so my wait for a table was minimal. I was seated at my table for a couple of minutes and hadn’t yet been greeted by my server, Cady, one of the managers, abruptly stopped on her way by my table to see if I had been greeted, I hadn’t. She quickly took my drink order and apologized for the delay. My server was right behind her apparently. Once my server greeted me she was very attentive to my needs. I never had to ask for anything she was asking me. The Porterhouse I ordered was cooked just as I ordered it. It came out really quickly. The only issue was there was a steak marker underneath my steak. It wasn’t even the right one. Thankfully it was an issue. Kathleen, my server, was awesome. If she wasn’t ahead of me anticipating my needs she was asking me if I needed anything else. As someone in the industry I have very high expectations when dining out. I have been living in a hotel for 3 weeks while in town for training. I have eaten out almost every night and this is the best overall dining experience of my time here in San Antonio. I will be back hopefully Kathleen will be working when I return.

Went in for our anniversary dinner 03/12/2025 my husband and I with our 3 children ....waite was long as expected...got a table after a hour wich wasn't the issue ....ok our waiter Julia introduced herself we ordered our drinks and food since we had a whole hour to look at the menu we were ready...ordered I heard her say something wrong on my daughters order I asked for her burger meat well done I heard her say when she repeated the order medium well done wich she states she did not say that...ok...move on they bring us our salads my husband's and mines this is 20 min in still no bread rolls ..so we're like ok let's start with the salad wich we had no utensils for our salad is just sitting there getting soggy..we tried to get her attention wich was really hard she would never stop by to check in on us ..finally we ask a guy picking up plates if he can get us some utensils he right away went and got them for us ....38 min in we get the dam rolls then the food comes my youngest got the mini burgers bread was stiff and hard she couldn't even eat it we all had to share with her from our plate...because again Julia would never give us the time of day and every time we would ask another waiter to get her they would annoyingly answer us oh sure let me see if I can get her.....they never did mind you my daughter older one got a bacon cheeseburger all the middle was light pink...like girl we said well done not "medium well done" then we tell her about the plate my smallest took 2 bites off of cause the meat and bread was hard and she asked would you like for me to ask for another plate I said no thanks we are all done we would like to know what other option we have since we are ready to leave...she stated I have to talk to my manager 15min later he comes with a fresh mini burger order that we didn't ask for I kindly told him we did not want it as we are ready to leave he rudly looked at me and said I'll be back ill go remove it from your order never came back so I just used the table thing to pay looked at the order and they were removed...I left no tip because I felt things should have gone differently....it was the worst dine in experience we've ever had ......0/10

The rolls were not Texas roadhouse rolls they couldn't have been very hard and burned bottom definitely not what we expect when dining at Texas
What a meal! Texas sized portions. If you dont eat a lot, consider taking leftovera home for lunch or dinner next day! Scrum-deliouscious!!

I can’t believe i paid 70$ for cold steak 😩 sent it back to the kitchen twice and they didn’t even warm it back up for me every time it just coming back colder just ended up boxing it back up and taking it home to warm up smh Texas road house do better!

Came here for my birthday with the family. I ordered a medium rare on the bone ribeye steak that came out raw. Informed the staff and recieved the response what do you want me to do about it. Go anywhere else or a different texas road house if u want a properly cooked steak because they do not care.
