Saturday night: too packed, too disorganized. No bread and when they made new batch they brought us regular butter without letting us know. Then the waiter came back with the cinnamon butter. It just seemed too chaotic and that there wasnt any communication between staff. Been to other texas roadhouses and this one is at the very bottom of my list.
I dined at this Texas Roadhouse location during the late afternoon on Saturday March 15th. I had added my name to the waitlist so my wait for a table was minimal. I was seated at my table for a couple of minutes and hadn’t yet been greeted by my server, Cady, one of the managers, abruptly stopped on her way by my table to see if I had been greeted, I hadn’t. The service is terrible!!!! Food is good though but man it's bad. I have gone four times always thinking it's the server but I think it's literally the way management is running the place
