Unlike last visit place was not very well orchestrated and young female as l we just was so horrible in seeing just us two. Not remembering my to requests and simple not really sending u as the fullest of expectations I think I'll hold of this place for a long while. I just remember last visit the young man was so well punctual and was very well orchestrated.

After doing a reservation online that said 40 minute wait. I arrived at restaurant at 9.25, checked in and they said another 40 minutes. Checked several times with host and she kept saying they were waiting for a big table. It was 5 of us and we couldn't get tabke for 4 and a chair on the side. Due to vlocking the walk way. Finally got a tabke after 10.30 that was for 4 people and they put a chair on the side. This is after several people that had just arrived were sat down bwfore us at bigger tables. Talked with manager and it was worthless. I get that it's busy and alot going on. But train the staff and the host to knkw how to do their job. When the host friend showed up when i was talking to her. She sat the friend down quick. A big tabke at that. The manager with the younger guy with glasses and just didnt make any sense. Food was so late and then the excuse of, we ran out of food so we can offer you something else. Poorly ran business. Managers and staff not trained. Price is still the same, even with there horrible service

Rolls are not the same. Any loyal customer will know this to be true. It's the same at every restaurant. They'll tell you that they're the same rolls and nothing is different. It's very insulting. They expect you to either believe it, or just accept it and keep patronizing an establishment that lies to you. I thought I might be overthinking it, but it's an easy search on the Internet to see that there are many others who know it, as well. Sadly, after many years, moving on.
Update: see their response. It's another insult. Not even confirming or denying anything about the rolls. Just look at the pic. If you are new to Texas roadhouse, then you probably will never know the sadness of the situation. They look and taste nothing like they used to.

Hostess and manager were not friendly at all they made it very clear that they were refusing service to my wife and I because we are a gay couple, we arrived at 4pm on 3/8/25, we received a text that our table was ready, the young Hispanic hostess looked at us up and down rolled her eyes and sighed, then told us she texted us 15 minutes ago, so she said there was no table available, manager was called, a short young man with curly black hair stated he was going to look into what happened, walked away and never came back so by 5:25pm still no table, the whole time we were waiting for our table the hostess holding the iPad was looking periodically in our direction giggling and smirking when we looked back at her , so we left and went to another restaurant, and by 6:30pm we get a text that our table is ready, it is ridiculous that you’re employees play these games and what is worse is that you’re management team is allowing this behavior, I would of appreciated it if they were honest and just flat out told us they were refusing us service instead of playing these games and wasting our time.

They make it IMPOSSIBLE to actually speak to someone at the restaurant on the phone. I spent hundreds of dollars on gift cards and they make it impossible to call in orders for pickup to actually use them.

The reason I gave this restaurant 3 stars is because, I ordered beef kebob and honestly, it was not what I expected. It was good but it could have been much better, tastier, soft and chewy. The waiters are phenomenal and friendly, that I can say. Beautiful atmosphere. And nice location right in front of highway 410. If you are in the area, please drop by.
