I forgot my servers name were there Saturday night 12/13 but she was pretty friendly and nice and did a good job checking in on us. She was patient with my daughter when it was time to sing happy birthday she was being a little shy!

My experience was great. It always is but my server Sabrina gave outstanding customer service. She always has a genuine smile and never left me looking for her to ask for something. She stayed nearby but allowed me enjoy my meal. The food is always good here too. Never a problem

We would like to give a huge shout out to Sabrina who was phenomenal, she was very friendly and we didn’t have to ask for anything. She’s very attentive and we really appreciate that. It was our first time here and we absolutely would be back FOR HER. She made our experience amazing❤️.

We waited for an hour, which was OK. It’s a Saturday. The food was horrible. Steak was half ass red. The chili was cold. Mashed potatoes were cold. The steaks had a lot of fat did not come on a busy night. This place sucks !!!!!!!
-country music is blasted from within the restaurant, loud from both the outside and inside. If you have a sensitivy to loud sounds, I suggest going elsewhere as you would still have to wait at the restaurant for a to go order. -the employees at least try to be polite, but the service is still terrible. Was told I would have to wait 50 minutes for a table, was promised a text message for when my table was ready. Never got a text. Employee tried to right that wrong by just telling me to come in and explain the situation to an employee. -the booth I sat in was wet. -long wait for order. -restaurant is often packed due to being a tourist attraction. Mix the deafening volume they play the country music with the chatter of a packed restaurant and it instantly becomes an unpleasant experience for those with sensory sensitivities. Instantly switched to order to go instead of dine in because of this. -when asking for a glass of water while waiting for order, I was ignored by every employee I had asked. -the quality of the food was comparable to school cafeteria food, which is far from a compliment. My spouse and I tried to like the food, but it wasn't too long until we decided to put it straight in the trash. The meats were very bland and it seemed like they thought adding barbecue sauce would be enough flavor.
If you like crappy food that isn't worth the long wait time and a deafening atmosphere with employees who will ignore you, then this is the perfect restaurant for you.
