I ordered the Yum Nuar, and it was an instant standout. The presentation came out looking beautiful, clean, and intentional, and it definitely had my attention. Then I took the first bite. Fresh, bright, and layered in a way that shows someone in the kitchen truly cares about craft. Went yesterday with my family. Kids LOVED the Pho! My wife got Pad Thai Shrimp Medium spicy. Daughter got Pad Thai Chicken no spice. I got Drunken Noodles with beef medium spicy. In my opinion, spicy levels are lower than expected as in Medium is Mild. Food was absolutely delicious! I know we could have asked for more chili hut food was amazing. Service was even better! We WILL be going back!!

We ordered a dish with chicken and noodles, but the chicken had an overwhelming gamey unpleasant taste because it was overcooked and dry. This ruined the dish. Everything else was okay.
