I got the brisket and macaroni. It was delicious. I was very impressed. Way too much food so I had seconds the next day and it was great!
The food was great, I don’t really like Mac n cheese but their piggy back Mac (I think that’s what it’s called) was great will definitely be hitting this creative food truck again. 🔥🔥🔥

The Bearded Turkey is owned by one of my classmates from High School, and let's just say. The BBQ is Texas worthy, from the tangy sweet BBQ sauce to the cheesy Mac N Cheese. Ernest, is doing it right, and of course the meat is absolutely spectacular! If you have not tried The Bearded Turkey, I think you need to change that as soon as possible.
