Decided to stop and got the Mexican burger with a lemonade agua fresca and the burger was delicious 10/10. The fries were a little bit bland didn’t have salt on them but fresh and delicious with some ketchup. The agua fresca was on the expensive side but it was freshly squeezed and fresh. If you’re in the area i totally recommend stopping by!!!

They served food at century A/C supply ate everything on my plate was super good will definitely visit the location after this experience.

We had the greatest experience with these guys. They did a fantastic job with our wedding reception. Even though their truck broke down the day of our event they showed up and did what they do. They made brisket and burgers for the whole party. I know they were stressed out about the situation but everything was wonderful. Have the burger. You will be delighted. I can't say I've had a better burger anywhere. And I love a good hamburger! Thanks for helping to make such a memorable event even better.

This family knows how to make a good turkey leg. One of the best turkey legs.

The Bearded Turkey is owned by one of my classmates from High School, and let's just say. The BBQ is Texas worthy, from the tangy sweet BBQ sauce to the cheesy Mac N Cheese. Ernest, is doing it right, and of course the meat is absolutely spectacular! If you have not tried The Bearded Turkey, I think you need to change that as soon as possible.

Very good food. These guys have mean sausage wrap, great value and flavor. The turkey legs are big and the chicken on a stick is good too.

I got the brisket and macaroni. It was delicious. I was very impressed. Way too much food so I had seconds the next day and it was great!

That Mac n cheese with turkey on the top was the best thing I ate at the taste of the Northside 2022!

Best Beef Rib Ever!!! Dino-Rib feeds two people so worth the $40! Brisket Back Mac was excellent as well! Creamed corn, which was surprisingly amazing! Didn’t try the turkey leg but looks awesome! Please find this “Restaurant on Wheels” @thebeardedturkey for schedule and location.

I wanted to see what the hype was all about, so I drove 35 min in order to check this spot out. I ordered the Brisket and Piggy Bac Mac, and 2 Brisket sandwiches today. The brisket had too much fat, the pickles were so thin and flimsy that I couldn’t even tell any were on the sandwich, and the Mac was more like egg noodles with meat slapped on top ?. It wasn’t the absolute worst, but the price of the food is too high for it to taste so basic. Suggestion: I would not do a 2nd pop-up in that location near la cantera knowing the reception is too bad to even accept payment.
