We had the greatest experience with these guys. They did a fantastic job with our wedding reception. Even though their truck broke down the day of our event they showed up and did what they do. They made brisket and burgers for the whole party. I know they were stressed out about the situation but everything was wonderful. Have the burger. You will be delighted. The Bearded Turkey is owned by one of my classmates from High School, and let's just say. The BBQ is Texas worthy, from the tangy sweet BBQ sauce to the cheesy Mac N Cheese. Ernest, is doing it right, and of course the meat is absolutely spectacular! If you have not tried The Bearded Turkey, I think you need to change that as soon as possible.
The food was great, I don’t really like Mac n cheese but their piggy back Mac (I think that’s what it’s called) was great will definitely be hitting this creative food truck again. ???
