In San Antonio for a short work trip and chose Courtyard North Star Mall location. Tired from travel I checked in and was greeted by Linda at the reception desk whose warm smile and genuine welcome reassured me that Courtyard was the right choice. Choosing not to go out I came to the bistro on both nights of my stay and let me say right now that Mary Jane went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued not only as a Marriott Member but as a person and of note, she treated each and every guest equally with her warm smile and attentive service. A true treasure to come to Bistro both nights. When my travels come back to San Antonio this is where I will stay. Way to go Mary Jane!!!!

Comfortable stay! Convenient to all the great restaurants and cool spots in SA, needed more towels and had some minor issues i needed assistance with but Desire from the front desk was awesome and very helpful, she was never bothered by my excessive calls and I appreciate it.

I began my stay at this property on 5/26. I have never been to San Antonio, so I asked the front desk agent for a few suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Not only was Desiree helpful with answering my questions, she was the friendliest person I’ve encountered at a Marriott property in a long time!

I went to San Antonio for a business meeting and needed to stay overnight, ideally near the airport. The Courtyard Marriott near San Antonio Airport at North Star Mall was outstanding. The location was terrific. The hotel was well organized and clean. My room was very nice. There was a pool (that I didn't use) and a very nice gym facility (that I did use). I'm writing the review because the personal attention was outstanding. Desk clerk Linda was exceptionally personable and went out of her way to assist me. I had made a boneheaded error buying something I couldn't carry on a plane, and Linda helped me address the issue. She also advised me about airport transfer and was just all around wonderful to work with.

The staff was super friendly check-in was quick and easy, and the rooms were very spacious as well. Great food options within walking distance. The mall was located right down the street as well. Loved the heated pool.

Honestly I stay at this hotel every time I come to Texas. The best staff around. We love Mary Jane. Always working always on the evening. When you e had a long day go see her at the bar. Fun to talk to and always welcoming! Love this place and hope you love it too!

Went to our room. The AC wasn’t working. Notified front desk and within 5 minutes maintenance was there. Also, Austin who helped check us was there to assist. After a few minutes maintenance decided the AC was not easily fixed. Austin immediately arranged for the room next door and he and the maintenance man moved our luggage for us. Customer service way above the usual!

From check in till checkout it was flawless. Staff are fantastic. Really a breath of fresh air . Apria was so pleasant on check out and Brandy made my breakfast with love. , She has a great way about her. I recommend this to any business traveller.

Great customer service with all the staff! Mary Jane was totally awesome! Very clean Hotel! Interaction with the staff is excellent! The management is great , making sure everyone is good with guests and staff!

Shout out to Mary Jane at the bistro for constantly keeping a light attitude and contagious laugh that made my visit pleasurable. Great food and drinks too. We need more people like that around. She deserves a raise.

We laughed until our sides hurt the friendliest people work here they are absolutely outstanding!! Korey and Brandy in the bar were so much fun! Front Desk Maggie is the sweetest. Can’t wait to come back and visit again soon.

Waited over an 1 hour for food. Only one person making food and drinks. She needed help. Where is the help?

Have stayed at this property several times in the last few months for business. I am welcomed as an Elite member each time and Mary Jane's customer service exceeds expectations. Breakfast at the Bistro is outstanding and made to order. Service at the on site bar also has great customer service. This is my go to hotel for business travel in San Antonio.
