Food is okay but paying more for hype than quality . As for service it’s hit or miss but there has been times it was evident they don’t care if you come there or not. Assuming their long history & hype has given them that feeling of comfort to act that way.
Very relax atmosphere. The people there were very friendly and the food was delicious and very fresh made to order. They don’t have food options, so what they have that day is what you get. Also, they do not serve liquor, so beer, wine and seltzers only. If you’re looking for a nice chill place with friendly service, this is it!
The small town of Bracken TX & its places of business has character & characters. When the Bracken Cafe relocated to Retama Race Track, the Bracken Store & Ice House opened its doors at this address. The new business appealed to people who enjoyed good food (Food truck) expanded dining to outdoors, added a convenient store & live entertainment.
