First time customer, first upon arrival it was a little confusing finding where to check in to be seated. It was very warm inside. My major issue was the tea department....the tea station was unkept and very little tea available in the pitchers. The tea was too watery and flavorless. The server was randomly bringing serveral table orders out to the tables asking if that was what they ordered. My plate was taken to another table and then bought to my table as well as the other...
I love this place. Their food is always 10/10, service is excellent, and it’s in a really cute part of town. I have ordered sandwiches and cakes from them for years, and they’re always scrumptious. I just tried their Southwest Turkey sandwich, and oh my lord…heaven.
The food is always fresh and served in good portions. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. It’s a cozy dining area, so don’t expect to have a confidential conversation with your table mates. Reservations are a great idea.
