I’ve been coming to this place for years since I’m a local and have had many conversations with the owner. That being said we experienced the worst service ever today and will not be going back ever again. Brought my sister from out of town to try a local spot, we’re sat down right away. We ordered our food and drinks at the same time because she didn’t have a lot of time and it took awhile to get a waiters attention. We finished our drinks and no one came to offer a refill and after waiting over an hour for our food we asked and somehow they never received our food in the computer is what was said. They still made us pay for our drinks couldn’t comp us the six dollars for wasting our time and the owner didn’t even apologize while he took off the meal we never received from the computer that never received our order supposedly. I can’t believe the disrespect on a place that I’ve been coming to for so long.

Food was literally so amazing. Was really disappointed in the serving size. Didnt even have half a cup of hashbrowns and just was upset with how much I paid and so little I got..

This place was very mid. Not sure if we got there just at an off time or because the waiter was nervous. I’m not sure, I can say very much so the old man at the front was probably the best quality of the whole place. He was super sweet. Our waiter came back to ask us one of our orders again, but forgot to add to the order no onions. And when I said they are heavy handed with it, do I mean it. My hashbrowns don’t even looked really cooked and felt more mushy than crispy. When we found the place it seemed like we stuck gold but found out it was kind of disappointing. On top of the order wrong the waiter brought us the plates but didn’t clearly say what was on the plate and we didn’t understand him. He ended up taking he plates to the next table over then brought us back the plates.

If you are disabled (like me) don’t bother coming here. The bathroom doors are skinny… like stupid skinny. I attempted to go with my walker, had to close it and angle it in because it wasn’t fitting. If I’d used my wheelchair today, we’d have been in a world of hurt. The food took 45 minutes to get to our table, if not an hour. It’s loud… but that part is expect from any local cafe that was popular. I just don’t know why this place is so popular. The food is mediocre when you can get it to your table, and the service is nearly nonexistent. Either hire more waitstaff or limit your tables more. Also, update the damn building please: being disabled is hard enough without trying to wrangle myself and my equipment through a bathroom door. Shame on you.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get into the building. I guess that’s “something”.

It was a real nice and quite place for breakfast the food was good, the service was ok. I had the chicken fried steak which was good, freshly made. I would have given a better rating but the waitress did seem to take for ever to bring items and get refillls
