The Buckhorn Saloon and Museum is definitely a place to visit while you’re in San Antonio!! The amount of animals and artifacts on display are absolutely amazing. I’ll have to try their restaurant the next time I’m there, but overall with it being my first time visiting the Buckhorn I give it a 10/10! 😁
I always find it strange when you need to review a cafe separately from the Saloon and Museum it's in, but given that's how this is set up I feel it's necessary to write that the 'Average' rating applies only to the Cafe while the museum itself is excellent. Why? Because the Buckhorn isn't really doing anything special with a space that could be a primo spot for a truly extended experience. You are sitting where Theodore Roosevelt, future President...
