Not a good experience, the food was bland. I asked for the chicken Roma which had no flavor and the pasta was over cooked. My husband got the cajun jambalaya pasta and it also was flavorless. The waiter wouldn't even offer us water upon seeing our glasses empty, we had to call him several times to refill our waters. I'm a little disappointed with this experience.
On the other side the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was delicious!

Excellent food! Sent back fries from both dishes that had them as they were not fresh. Seemed as though they were under the heat lamps for a bit. Server replaces them immediately. Plenty of food on dishes. Pricey, but good food. Used the app to reserve a table for an early dinner. Thought we could order some of the “happy hour” appetizers but were surprised that those were only available to those in the bar area.

Had a great time out with the family. The food was great! Waitress was pleasant and prompt. It's expensive but the food was well worth it.

Great food. Fair service. Will gladly return and recommend. Tables and floors were a bit dirty toward the end of shift.

We've always visited Cheesecake Factory for dinner only on this particular visit we were visiting during lunch. We tried their lunch menu, and to our surprise, the portion of the plate was more than enough for 2 people. Always satisfied with Cheesecake Factory.

We were told that the Tiramisu cheesecake had no alcohol so we took a few slices. Came to another Cheesecake Factory and we doubled checked because why not- surprise surprise it did. So not only does cheesecake employees have NO CLUE about what they have in their ingredients which is very vital I might add, they LIE about their products too. Too them it may not be a big deal about alcohol but end of the day if a customer asks, don’t try to justify that it’s ok, as the cheesecake firstly doesn’t cook and secondly it’s the intention. Really disappointed in the whole scenario.

It's a tradition to go to Cheesecake Factory at Christmas time, & in between. I always order the Chicken and biscuits. They no longer have that menu item!! I ordered a bowtie pasta dish which was undercooked & just warm , not hot. Not enough sauce on it so I had to ask for more. When it was finally brought out, it wasn't hot. My mom also had to get more sauce for her dish. Iced tea is $5!! Come on, that's ridiculous, tea isn't that expensive. Wait staff was just going through the motions of doing their job, not very friendly. The girl behind the cheesecake counter was even more standoffish. In a bad mood, not . talking at all. She acted like she was so overworked, just serving up cheesecake & squirting whip cream on it! The restroom had dirty paper towels strewn all over the floor inside & out. No toilet paper in the middle stall. The girl next to me had to give me toilet paper under the wall. You would think as high as the prices are, they wouldn't be lacking in so many areas. It used to be worth the price cause you could get two meals out of it, now with the portions smaller, that is no longer true. Cheesecake factory is going downhill a long with everything else in this world.

Came in for a cheeseburger. When I received the bill, it costs $18.95!!! Couldn’t believe the price. I didn’t bother looking at the price in the menu cause I assumed it costing 12.95-14.95
Won’t be coming here anymore to be price gouged!

The atmosphere was good. Service was great. The food was cold. It was steak diane... the plate was not even hot. I could touch it and would not burn.
