I loved the whole experience! We had these fried Mac & cheese balls which were to die for! The pizza was yum!!! The steak frites & mashed potatoes were delicious!! Their bread & butter was great! We tried the pumpkin cheesecake and ordered the classic plain cheesecake, and both were so so good! I loved the pumpkin cheesecake so bad! The service was great & the prices are a high, but it’s worth it because of the quality of the food!

We just had a work lunch and the food was amazing as always. The server charged us for cheesecakes to go then never brought them. Soooo disappointing!

The overall ambiance is warm toned with a splash of pop. The music is rather loud, i found myself having to talk over it. The menu is very very long! Which is not a bad thing, because there's something for everyone. We did visit in September, so we had the opportunity to try their world famous pumpkin cheesecake. The cheesecake lives up to the expectations. We will return!

Stopped in for a simple dinner—two pasta dishes and a Caesar salad. Nothing fancy, no substitutions. But it took nearly 45 minutes to get served. That’s a long wait for basic plates, especially when the restaurant wasn’t slammed. Our server was good but could’ve been on it sooner.
The food was okay, but not memorable enough to justify the delay. Felt more like a test of patience than a relaxing meal. For a place known for variety and polished casual dining, this visit missed the mark.
If you’re at La Cantera and looking for a spot that values your time as much as your appetite, you might want to explore other options.

It is acceptable that once in a blue moon one might find hair in their food but what’s not acceptable is when the manager says - all my staff cover their hair so maybe it’s yours when the color is also entirely different.
The Cheesecake Factory is hands down one of my favorite restaurants! The menu is full of variety, but my go-to dish is always the Louisiana Chicken Pasta it’s packed with flavor, creamy with just the right kick of spice, and such a satisfying portion. And of course, no visit is complete without dessert. My absolute favorite is the Salted Caramel Cheesecake rich, decadent, and perfectly balanced with that sweet and salty combo.
Whether it’s a casual meal or a special treat, The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints. Always looking forward to my next visit!

Super long wait times and horrible food.
Food was cold and soggy ( fish and Chips. How can you get a more simple dish?).
I now remember why I hadn't been there in five or six years.

We had a great night at the Factory as a family! The wait was about 25-30 mints to be expected. We had a nice booth.
The Peach Bellini drink was Amazing & the Shirley temple was extra good too! lol.. The Factory Nachos, Chicken Parmesan Pizza style, Louisiana Chicken Pasta, Chicken Parmesan Sandwich Everything tasted great. Crab wontons were just ok. Hamburger spring rolls, Avocado rolls those were great! And the take home cheesecake New Peach Perfect & White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle. They were Delicious! The waiter & waitress were very nice & helpful. Service was great.
1-Con I meant to mention this as I came out of the restroom that the toilet paper was out in a couple stalls I got side tracked when they asked if I wanted an appetizer. I remembered after I left. That needs to be checked on a regular if possible.

The most pathetic asparagus I’ve ever seen in my life. Supposed to be a side and it was nothing barely there. Literally like 5 pieces of the smallest skinniest asparagus. Our other dish, I asked for spaghetti pasta and got angel hair but was told that was their spaghetti pasta. Water not refilled.

I had ordered steak, eggs, and potatoes around 10:00 pm I know it was around closing time but that should not be an excuse as to what kind of salty unedible steak and the eggs I asked for were over medium but they gave me very salted scrambled eggs the cheese cake we ordered was not up to par as others I have gone too. The location of this restaurant is really excellent but my food was not. I will try it one more time when I get the chance.
