Delicious Roasted Herring & Welcoming Environment! Cucumber drink paired perfectly with it.

Charity Bar offers a diverse experience that left me with mixed feelings. The outdoor space provides a stunning view of the Tower of the Americas, adding a touch of enchantment to the evening. Additionally, the karaoke entertainment was a blast to watch, adding to the lively atmosphere. However, our initial encounter with a manager requesting us to wait at the front was less than welcoming, despite the sparse crowd. He was rather aggressive. The food, while featuring standout wings, fell short with undercooked rice and tough pork belly. Despite these setbacks, the bartender's service was outstanding, crafting delightful lemon drop shots and ensuring a pleasant experience. With improvements in consistency and customer service, it could truly shine as a destination spot.

Favorite ramen place!! And the Ron Burgundy is the best drink on the menu! We've been eating here since they opened their doors! Highly recommended for a nice night out and a great place to watch the sunset!

Food A+++ Service A - Atmosphere B+ Ambiance B. I would return simply for the KILLER kushishiitske app. I could eat a double order by myself they are so good!! Crispy and sweet, dipped in their spicy mayo. They won't disappoint

Customer service was great. Host was fast to get us seated(party of 2). They only had one bartender so there was a little wait for drinks. Food was okay, would definitely try some thing different next time. The sliders looked great we saw another table order but we were already full. Would try those next possibly.

Talk about ten out of ten! This place was an amazing experience from beginning to end, To start the atmosphere and service were great and quick, We got a free order of edamame since it was our first time here, followed by our drinks we ordered a pain killer and an aviator, lastly I got the Tonkotsu ramen and it was the best i've tried here in San Antonio. All while the proceeds are going to charity! They also had games available to play and karaoke night was starting later that night! I didn't get to stay for karaoke but I will 100% be back! If you're reading this because you're debating trying this place, do it now!!

The gyoza were really salty, even when not dipped in the soy sauce. I got the tonkotsu ramen with extra pork belly. The broth wasn't flavorful. The spicy sauce on the side really helped it out. Tonkotsu broth is supposed to be rich and creamy. I did like the mushroom topping though.

I just moved into the area and was looking for a dog friendly place. Came here with Bogie and a friend of mine. Surprisingly, they sat us inside. Liz let us know that we still had time to take advantage of the happy hour menu. Oyster mushrooms were incredible along with all of the other appetizers. We got done with dinner and it was a beautiful evening, so we came out to the outdoor bar and Destiny took care of us as well. Bogie was welcomed by the entire staff. Will definitely come back regularly!

Olivia was great. An unexpected surprise. Tired of the crowds of the Riverwalk? A short little jaunt on the other side of the Alamodome takes you to great little restaurant. Ask for Olivia. She was a great waitress.

I ordered a couple dishes for takeout twice last year and was happy with it. But today I had 4 small pcs of karaage for $9. Pork kimchi dumplings were overdone. I was really excited for it.I have shared the spot with friends in the past. Service was friendly.

I didn't want to post about this place because my fiancée definitely loved it. We were trying to find a katsu bowl nearby that would compare to the valley katsu bowls and after so much searching we finally found it at the cherrity bar! Great portions and food. Our server was great and attentive. Only downfall for me was that at the moment they didn't have any of the birria Ramen which was what I was going for BUUUUT ... their other Ramen did not disappoint. Will definitely be coming back.
