I live in the area and haven’t gone since it opened a few years back but recently this is my second time going this month and my raspas barely had any syrup both times mind u i got 2-3 raspas then I got 2 hot Cheetos and cheese with barely any cheese I spent 30$ I usually go to another place but it’s far, now I’ll just stick to that location even though it’s far cause this is unacceptable both times ( I got lime with red chamoy they barely even put any lime at all smh!! ) learn how to make a raspa lol

Waited close to 40 min for corn in cup and when hot it was cold no mayo very dry and taste bad. No flavor taste bad for 4omin stuck in driv thru!! A full kitchen of workers who can’t seem to figure out what they are doing .

First time coming to Chill Zone . Greeted by great customer service . Very professional and helpful. Grabbed a coconada with pineapple toppings my husband had a corn in the cup (small) and we shared a pineapple aquas Frescas (large) drink everything was delicious and very refreshing. Will be coming here again. Highly recommend this place !!!

Too pricey for what they give you. I ordered a flamin corn and asked for extra mayo and no mayo was added the cheese either parmesan or queso fresco it was a small sprinkle all I got was flamin hots with yellow cheese and a spoon of corn. My mangonada didn't actually taste like mango, my cucumber roll wasn't even wrapped with the roll up. Almost 30$ for this.

Was very excited on getting a banana split since the last time I got one was very good but this time was very frozen like they had it made already in the freezer so the banana became very mushy 😞 and it was horrible for the price I paid

The chill zone is a wonderful place to take the family too I have been bringing my kids for some time they love the open area to play around and are always pleased with there items. Although I really like the Freasas con cream especially with ice cream !!

Standing at window for 15 minutes rang the bell like 30 times then figured maybe the bellwasn’t working so we knocked on the window like three times. When they finally opened the window the smell of grease came blowing out. Mangonadas taste and smell like grease nasty. A teaspoon of Chamoy and a pinch of Lucas. will not go back

The snacks here are normally very good, but today, was a little weird. I found eyelashes in my float, or just short hairs? But still some hair. And the ice cream tasted different than normal. Instead of being creamy it was more icy? Don't know how to describe it

The way they make banana splits is terrible. They put the three scoops of ice cream in the container they make it in, and for days they keep it in the refrigerator. Then, when you come to buy one, they just add the whipe cream and the banana. That makes it hard, and the ice cream tastes like the refrigerator.😔
