This is my first time ever eating here with my girlfriend around 1pm today and we got seated right away and we ordered drinks and bread, and sausage appetizer. The bread came out steaming and fresh and was probably the best part of our meal. She ordered the turkey sandwich which she said tasted good, And I ordered the brisket meat plate with a couple of sides. The brisket looked like it was boiled or cooked in an oven. Looking at other pictures on here they have a pronounced bark on the food, and mine didn't the brisket was very chewy it wasn't cooked long enough to break down the collagen. The only thing that came out hot on my plate was my baked potato. After paying 85$ after tipping because the server gave excellent service. I I don't think it was worth it for me. If I were to come back here I would probably just order bread because it was the only thing that came out good. Bummed out because I drive by this place everyday and finally gave it a try. I would rather of had bill millers.

If you like to support an establishment that unnecessarily tows people, feel free. Last week the parking lot was like 1/4 full, if that, so people who play in the volleyball league at Texas Dog Co. parked along County line's back fence (as they have been doing for the months I've been going there without issue). They proceeded to tow people out of their empty parking lot. I would rather spend my hard-earned money at a place with better management than that (who doesn't get kick backs from a towing company).Parking: hope you like getting towed!

Good service, average food. Food ordered: (1) 2 meat plate...chicken (white) and sausage w/green beans and french fries. (2) 2 meat plate... chicken (white) and brisket w/okra and coleslaw. Chicken was a little tough, sausage was okay, brisket was okay. Wife also had a mango margarita and she didn't care for it hence she only drank a little bit. We were hoping we'd enjoy the food but were kind of disappointed. Probably won't return. :(

ATTENTION TEXAS DOG CO VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS: There is a towing company camped in the opposing lot waiting for anyone to park in this -----> EMPTY LOT. $230 plus a trip to the south side.Food must not be great if it's always empty eh.

A busy Friday night. So busy our waitress lost her smile and wasn't attentive. Salmon dish was very good but pinto beans were brought instead of the ordered coleslaw. I ordered the "Original" hamburger w/fries. The meat patty had the life cooked out of it. Charred, tuff, and a grill aftertaste that was not pleasant. (The cook needs to taste his meat orders once in awhile) No mayo, no ketchup, no mustard, just a completely dry, way overcooked burger (like a tree that's been in a wildfire). Also two small tomato slices, onion and lettuce slices on the side. I was totally expecting Co.Line to knock my sox off with a tasty, mouth watering $14 "Original Hamburger". Not this night. In N Out makes a better burger, no kidding! Food took 45 minutes to arrive. Lots of folks means lots of wait time. The Co.Line was hit and miss and expensive. Nice atmosphere. Could be 2 Stars because of the hamburger.

Everything was Amazing! The food, the atmosphere and the service! This place knows how to do BBQ. The fresh baked bread with the honey butter served as a great appetizer. I ordered the 2 meat combo. The service was also very good and our food arrived fresh and fast.

Very disappointed over an hour to get our food, and it was cold when we received it Management was not very helpful. Dan to have a drink tab open. You have to leave your credit card with the cashier bartender then when you're ready to check out, you stand in a long line of 10 or 15 to get your card back and close out your tab not a good system at all. Ridiculous. No other place that I have been in over 10 years. Do we have to leave our credit card?

Visited with co-workers for lunch. We had a very good experience. All the food was amazing. Big portions. The Meats were so juicy and tender. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend coming here. The deep-fried pickles...they're not chips. It's like a half of one cut lengthwise.

Staff was great. Not to be rude only honest.Brisket not so great. Bill Miller is the same. No flavor. Brookshire Bros brisket is much better and only 10.00 for a 1/2 lb. I guess you pay for the atmosphere.

I had the Brisket and sausage with red potato mash and green beans. All of the food was great tasting and their bread was warm and sweet. The service was good I will return.
