Had the Blue Bison burger with fries. Bun to burger ratio was a disappointment but the flavor was great. Fries were soggy. Friendly staff. HVAC seemed not to work as well in the dining area. Parking is horrible. This place is a laundromat, car wash and restaurant.
There is a reason this place has been featured on food network and other such shows that it's definitely a must in San Antonio. It was one of the very first places that we went to eat when we moved here 14 years ago. Everything is absolutely delicious. My favorite is the black-and-blue bison, and it is outstanding. We eat at The Cove every time we're in the area. Seriously some of the best food we have ever had, including lots of vegetarian options, with fun sodas and desserts. The outside dining area is open and super kid friendly with a big play area and dog corner. Very highly recommended!
Update, 9 years later and this is still one of our favorite spots. Not vegetarian anymore, so I instantly fell in love with their bison burger.
